   Service and MOT with these guys, first class service good price and the car feels like new. Good communication. Will definitely be back. Wasn't worth taking a star off at all but please sort your 'loan car' out. The fact the mechanic had to 'get it working' when I arrived and it desperately needs a good clean!

   We have used Autoplus for two years now. It is the easiest and most stress-free experience of having our car serviced. You can book on-line as well as ringing them directly. The staff are so friendly and an absolute delight to deal with. We always use their 'collect and deliver' service. A very polite and friendly young man collected our car the first time. Subsequent collections have been by a lovely lady. The Service Reports about our car have been the most comprehensive we have ever seen and the price is very competitive. When you send your vehicle to a Garage, you have to be able to trust them as they could tell you anything was wrong and needs replacing. My husband gave them a little list of jobs that he thought might need doing, they told us at the end of the day that one of the jobs had not needed any attention. This shows how trustworthy they are and is so refreshing in this day and age. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Autoplus, they are so professional, a joy to deal with and our car benefits the most!

   Our first time with Autoplus but it definitely won't be the last. It was the easiest and most stress-free experience of having our car serviced. Not only was the booking very easy to do on-line but they emailed us immediately. We took them up on their collect and deliver service. A very polite and friendly young man collected our car at the time specified by Tammie and left his vehicle in its place. The report about our car was the most comprehensive we have ever seen and the price very competitive. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Autoplus, they are so professional and a joy to deal with.

   Had my car looked at last year because it's rough idle- I was told it was to do with the injectors and they could probably refurb them. I was then told I needed new injectors for £1100, ok fine Went to pick my car up after the work had been done and they said the half a tank of fuel that was in the car (that I put in 2 days prior) was petrol (I have a diesel) so they charged me an extra £200 for the fuel filter and to drain my tank...which they didn't tell me untill I had my bank card out I paid it because I needed my car and cba to argue. But I've just looked at last year's receipts as I'm self employed and low and behold, no petrol receipts for the entire week before going here. Plus my car doesn't even start with the wrong fuel in... Even if they was right the fact they carried work out without my say so is unprofessional and disrespectful
