   It was growing dusk on a cold November, Friday and warning lights appeared on my dashboard like Blackpool illuminations. I thought I needed new brake pads. Paul called back within the hour and informed me that I only needed to top up the brake fluid. Excellent service, totally reliable and probably the best in Stapleford.

   After getting a puncture on the motorway and being towed to this branch of Kwik Fit by the AA i received excellent service from Paul and the team replacing my tyre promptly. I then found out that to make a claim in my tyre insurance I needed a form completing which Paul again sorted for me. Definitely recommend this branch

   I needed to get 2 new front tyres for my BMW and I’m glad I came to Kwik Fit, I can’t fault the service at all. Chloe dealt with me and she didn’t mind me asking her loads of questions. She is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Every time I have come to Kwik Fit in Stapleford the service has been excellent and I can’t fault them at all. 100% recommend.

As someone suffering with a bad back, I deeply appreciated the time and care Paul took to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. His professionalism and empathy did not go unnoticed and made a real difference to my experience. The whole team operated like clockwork—fast, friendly, and highly efficient. It’s not often that you leave a garage feeling genuinely looked after, but that’s exactly what happened here. I can’t recommend them highly enough. A first-class experience from a first-class team.

   Credit to Paul and the team at this Kwik Fit who were helpful in sorting some tyre replacements, valve issues and realignment of my vehicle, especially on a Sunday as a walk-in. I went away confident with the work they had done, and it was all thoroughly explained to me throughout the process. Myself not being too mechanically-savvy, I felt trusted they had done a good job and that the time spent was well worth it. They were also able to point out useful info on the wheel nuts and future things I needed to consider showing they really cared for the work and advice they gave. I wouldn't hesitate to return here in future.

   Kwik Fit, Stapleford were absolutely brilliant. Found I had a puncture / flat tyre on Saturday morning and needed it repaired the same day. All their slots for the day were full when I called, but they squeezed me in anyway. Done in a few hours and at a very low price! And really friendly to deal with too. Will definitely go back to them in the future.

   Always fantastic service! Staff are brilliant, a really kind, honest team - they will always try to fit you in, and do a great job every time. I don't live nearby but would always prefer to book here and travel the extra distance. As a non-expert, I always feel that they are honest and genuinely want to help. Will definitely be back again.
