“Wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I went to CTS in Derby (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) where they fitted a sensor for my Audi. Having left that garage my EML came back on. Having visiting them again they tried to tell me it was an electrical fault and to seek an auto electrician. I went to Ash as I knew he did electrical work, to my suprise he informed me there was no electrical fault. It was down to the fact they hadn’t fitted a genuine part. Fast forward a few weeks I got a genuine part put in and the light is no more. This lads knowledge is second to none. He is very reliable, trustworthy and a great price competitor. “I will be using Hilltop for all my car servicing in future. They are a bit of a distance from me, but I have found them to be conscientious, competent and good value. I was looking for a garage that serviced EVs. I had a knotty, intermittent fault with the low voltage electrics on one car. The alarm would go off at all times of the day & night, and occasionally it would refuse to switch on. The car was effectively unusable, but the main dealers quoted 4 weeks before they could even look at it. Most other garages would not touch it, because they were not EV trained. Hilltop was the closest HEVRA registered garage, so I gave them a try. They have been really, really good. I thought the car needed a couple of new relays, but Steve (?) suggested a slightly different cure, and it has behaved perfectly for the last 3 weeks, so it looks like he was right! Reading between the lines, it was a bit of a pain to fix, but the final cost was much less than I had been fearing. He has just serviced our other car, and fixed the poor handling. Again, the cost was very reasonable.”
