    Dear Halfords I again have been to get my car motd and serviced at your Arnold branch after dropping my car off at 11.15 I went back to pick up the car at 2.15 thinking it would be finished my car was up on the ramps while sitting there for well over half an hour with nobody working on it your Mchanic James came in and very disrespectfuly asked me what I was waiting for I explained that I had come out of the rain I was met with it’s been motd and was waiting for the service but in a aggressive tone this isn’t the first time that James the Mchanic as been like this to me and I’m the paying customer this person James needs help with is customer relations I don’t like being spoken to in that manner I’ll take my vehicle to Netherfeild next time Stephen Limbrick a premium member

    Honestly one of the smoothest motoring transactions of my life. The team were fantastic - warm, pleasant and prompt. The MOT was even completed in around 20 minutes. Drop off and collection was seamless and the price was extremely fair.

    Despite booking my car in and explaining the problem in detail and doubled checking that they could deal with hybrids, took it in on the day and told by manager that they don't and can't touch EV or hybrids!!

    Not to be trusted. They failed my car MOT on all 4 break pipes, claiming they were damaged and wanting to charge me £400+ to repair them Had they bothered checking the breaks properly they would have seen that it was the plastic outer coating that had signs of wear and the inner pipe was intact steel. Took the car for a full re check to a proper garage and it passed, brakes fine. How can you claim to perform an mot when you don’t even check the brakes properly.Would like a refund- - I will never go near them again.

    Excellent Full service and MOT carried out. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming and phoned me with list of items required for vehicle to pass MOT. Vehicle ready on time and telephoned to say it could be collected. Only surprise was that vehicle hadn’t been washed but I suppose I’ve always used Ford or BMW agents before.
