   The communication was clear and professional. Manager Oliver maintained a positive approach, explained the timetable, and provided regular progress updates. At the end of the work, he clearly outlined what had been completed. I also appreciate Halfords’ automatic notification messages — they may feel frequent, but they are extremely helpful in guiding you through the process.

   Was travelling to East Midlands airport when we were notified we’d a brake light out so looked up Halfords near us, it was almost closing time so rang to ask if they were still available to help us out. They said if we were quick lol and what service we got, they were amazing kind and considerate even though one of the guys scratched his hands trying to get out the bulb. Bloody Renaults lol your staff are a credit to Halfords. Thank you for getting us to lanzarote safely.

   The other year they cracked the wheel locking nut then tried to say it's a weakness of the manufacturer then charged for them all to be replaced with bolts. This time they then said they couldn't get a wheel back on as claimed it had been Cross threaded at some point and a new hub would cost over £200. There is serious issues with this garage as either grossly incompetent or they are being 'creative' with their repairs. The wheel was on the car when driven in so why not when left with them? I will be pursuing this with Trading Standards and the AA and also writing to the Managing Director of Halfords to investigate works being claimed at this business. I urge all other people who have contested repairs at this place to do the same and ensure consumers are being treated with fairness and transparency.

   Just popped in to see if they could fit a new head lamp bulb, did it straight away and changed a brake light bulb as that had gone too. Brilliant service, quick and easy and friendly and courteous. Thank you guys!
