   Recently purchased a seat via 1st Choice which was never delivered. Promised several times that they were trying to resolve the issue with their courier, but I had no further updates and my subsequent attempts at contact were ignored. Started a refund through PayPal which they accepted - and then cancelled. SO i am currently without the seat, or the £174 I paid for it.

They discovered my alternator was faultless and fixed it for me at no cost in my vehicle instead of selling me another alternator. Although my mechanic had advised me to but a new alternator.    Wow! What amazing customer service. John and Kyle are genuine! Ordered and paid for a clutch kit recently. It turned out to be incorrect for the car- an easy error given the massive number of part number changes etc. One phone call to them and one email and happy to take it back and super friendly and polite- no hassle.    Could not have been happier with the service, emails were exchanged in a timely manner, customer service was excellent, all my questions answered efficiently, I asked for the photos of the car part and photos were sent. I was given a timescale regarding delivery and I wasn't disappointed as the package arrived as agreed. I feel they really took the time out to help me. The car part was as described and seen through photos. I would use again.
