“Excellent. I am extremely grateful to the staff at this garage even though they have never worked on my car. I was travelling from Scotland to North Yorkshire last week when my car suddenly lost power and began making a whining noise. As I looked for a place to pull over, I spotted this garage. I asked for help and, within a matter of minutes, they had identified the problem - a hole in my turbo with possible bearing failure. They weren't able to fix the problem as it would have required parts they didn't have to hand and man hours they couldn't provide as they were extremely busy - entirely understandable - but they provided me a place to park the car while I arranged recovery and made the vehicle accessible to the recovery company so my wife and I could take the train home rather than sit around for eight hours. The staff were friendly and professional, and though they didn't actually work on my vehicle I would not hesitate to use them if I am ever in the area and in need of repairs. An outstanding service from a kind and competent team.”

Justin could not have been more helpful, talking us around the vehicle and the build process, where they had added bits to it to improve the day to day use from it and making suggestions on what accessories to look at in the future. The van was better in person than the photos looked. They then held the camper until Christmas for us to surprise the children. We have used it a couple of times on day trips and it has been fantastic. We cant wait to get some real trips it it planned.”
