I needed a local garage for an MOT on my car that was due this week. This was my first experience with Panesar Motors and honestly it couldn’t have been better. I dropped my car off and the welcome was great - sometimes in garages I feel a bit lost but they were so welcoming and friendly. Gave me all the information I needed. A short time later I received a phone call to let me know of a couple of issues. I had a brake light out that I’d tried changing myself but it still was faulty. I took the new light round and between the two units they were able to solder some wiring and fix the problem. I’d had some metal noise that a couple of other garages hadn’t been able to find an issue with previously - I hadn’t even mentioned it when I dropped my car off but they found my heat plates were loose. A video was sent with an update on my car. Honestly cannot fault them one bit. Reasonable price for the work, excellent service - will definitely be sticking to this garage from now on!
Great garage.l experience. I had a problem come up while I was driving, rang them and they were able to see me the same day luckily. They had a look at the car fixed the problem and made sure I was safe to drive. All the team I spoke to was so friendly Mann and Eleanor thank you very guys. Great affordable garage. Would 100% recommend
I brought my Ibiza in after a recommendation from a neighbour. Panesars gave me a diagnosis. They were really helpful talked me through my options even if it meant the garage weren't getting the big sale. Great customer service
MOT and service plus repairs whenever needed. Trustworthy, friendly, reliable. Cannot do enough for you. I feel very well looked after and I know I’m not going to be conned. Prices are fair. I highly recommend! Been going there for years now and would not trust any other mechanics.
