“Excellent, very knowledgeable staff, who advised me on the issues with my vehicle after the diagnostic check for the engine light. Whilst I was waiting in reception I was quite shocked to hear that they were advising a women on the condition of her car and that is wasn't road worthy and she decided to drive it away. Once she left the chap looked at me and said "what more can I do"? I felt very reassured that the staff and this business genuinely care for their customers as the concern on the chaps face, said it all. Pleased to say I paid for the diagnosis and repair as they did it while I waited. Car is now running perfectly and I will go back when I need other things doing. This family ran garage is run by genuine people, who car for your safety and your car.”

“I had someone hit the back of my car the insurance gave me options and I read the reviews on here and chose York Auto Refinishers and wow I am so happy I did . They kept me informed on progress getting parts for my fiat 500 Abarth compitizone and unfortunately there was a long waiting time from suppliers so they offered to do some minor repairs put it back together until the parts arrived . This was great as my car is my work as I am a driving instructor. Once the parts came the already had the parts painted and just needed to put everything back together . “Took my car into Moorcroft this morning as the brakes have been squeaking. I assumed it was the back brakes as it's just had a MOT & Service with a different garage where the front pads and discs were replaced. Moorcroft called me after I'd dropped the car off telling me the back brakes still have loads of life and asked me why I wanted them changing so I explained the squeak. They took the car out to test it and established that the squeak is coming from the new front brakes so to reach out to the garage where I had the previous work done. Moorcroft could have just changed the pads like I asked and charged me for the work. Instead they put me first, offered some sound advice, and didn't charge me a penny! Bravo Moorcroft, Bravo. You've just won yourself a customer who will return again and again, and who will tell everyone else he knows to also make sure they use you!”

I phoned and they were happy for my car to be dropped off there. The Garage has its own large car park and has the feel of a large operator like Halfords but is actually an independent garage.
