I have raised a complaint this morning. I was satisfied with fitting of the product. But the gent drove my car from the fitting bay to reception like he'd stolen it, wheel spinning as he set off. When I challenged him, he did apologise but did so whilst vaping. Not a good look.
I had a puncture in the middle of the day whilst i was working using my car all day. The manager was brilliant getting my repair organised quickly and kept me informed all the way through. They repaired the tyre, checked everything and got me back on the road very quickly. Very impressed all round.
Gentleman I spoke to at the desk when I can in was brilliant! Friendly, helpful and cheerful! And was able to fit me in on a fully booked schedule for a tyre check and repair.
Excellent ! Easy to communicate with the staff, and their service attitude was top-notch. The reception area was really comfortable too. My car had a flat tire that needed replacing, and even though they didn't have stock that day, they sorted it first thing the next morning. Done in just 15 minutes, quick and hassle-free. Amazing staff here! I came through on Wednesday in a panic on my way to work — three of my tyres were losing air and my tyre inflator wasn’t working. I took a chance and stopped at Kwik Fit, and I’m so glad I did! Matthew attended to me straight away, even though he was clearly busy. I was back on the road within no time and made it to the school run and work on time. This will now be my local Kwik Fit from now onn.. Thank you so much, Matt and the others also had been amazing — outstanding service!
Took my mobility car to Crossgates when a warning light came on. I was served by the manager Ben. He reassured me and completely put my mind at ease. Will definitely be a returning mobility customer.
A huge shout out to the team at Kwik Fit Crossgates in Leeds yesterday who had to fail my MOT but then went above and beyond to fix the problem despite already being very busy. The team were super friendly and so helpful when they could see how stressed I was at the thought of not being able to drive my car and having had a particularly bad day. Highly recommend. Very lovely, smiley, positive team of lads and will go back there rather than my usual garage. 10/10 platinum quality customer service

Rang them because we urgently needed a new car battery. Pressure was on because we were due to fly abroad that evening and needed the car to take us to the airport. Kwikfit Crossgates sorted us out with a replacement within minutes. They also refilled our screen wash for free. Ben who helped us was pleasant and polite. We would recommend them and will use them again when needed.
I first visit this Kwik Fit late on a Friday after a puncture. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and repaired the puncture without charge! I’ve been back a couple of times since and they’ve continued to go above and beyond, would recommend!
