They were all professional and knowledgeable and we were pleased to have Tom and Matty in the house! I took delivery on the due date well within the given timescales on a red hot day. I can't fault Bobby's service, a polite phone call early morning to confirm delivery. The politest man you could wish to meet, delighted I'd put the mattress to be taken away in the bag provided when I bought the mattress. Bobby unwrapped the new mattress, and put it on the divan base. He also gave me maintenance information to keep my mattress up to standard. Would I shop at Dreams again? Absolutely!”

“Bought a Velerup wardrobe from the york store . It took a couple of weeks to arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as I hadn't seen it in store . Quite heavy solid build and good instructions (took two to lift it into place once the back was on . Draw runners were metal not cheap plastic ones from other suppliers. Would recommend to anybody .”
