“Went to many places and it was Regency that stood out way above the rest. Eddy was great from start to finish when it came to selecting the fire. We had a make in mind but after talking to Eddy, he recommended another manufacturer which we went with. So glad we did and even though it took me a few weekends to actually fit it, I think it looks great. Eddy recommended that we didn’t build a frame around the soundbar and I am so glad about that as we can change in future without having to worry about sizes. Great service and we would highly recommend. Thank you.”

A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined. Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends. The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility. We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.”

“I have been served by Arthur, he's been really helpful. I found this warehouse pn social media as an advertisement, didn't believe it first and decided to give it a visit ended up buying few bits of furniture from here as the prices were cheap as compare to anywhere else on top the furniture was brand new too (just ex display or even odd pair left at the retailers) and quality was very good for the price I paid. Really recomend this warehouse plus the service from Arthur!! He was very considerate when I mentioned going out of budget a little and he accomodated me with a best price! Thank you Cheap furniture mills. Will buy again as they have movement of stock time to time! Happy customer!!! Its a little hidden in the area but believe me give it a try they have very good prices for aesthetic look furniture !”

“Bought a rise/recline group from here. Rang them a few days later and swapped the 3 seater to a two. Had the suite delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks. Following week I had a envelope brought to my door by the delivery guy from f/c refunding £100. Further more i mentioned a slight flaw with one of the chair's which was replaced within 2 week's. Cant fault them. Highly recommended.”
