   Today, I visited ncf Bradford and had the pleasure of being assisted by Hareema, and I cannot praise her enough. She has an impressive depth of knowledge about every item she sells, from materials and craftsmanship to what works best for different homes and lifestyles. Her confidence and clear explanations made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring. Hareema didn’t just show us furniture; she helped us understand every fabric. She guided my husband with such honesty and expertise that he felt completely comfortable making a choice. There was no pressure, only genuine advice and perfect guidance about the payment plan options. She is brilliant at what she does, and we left the shop feeling happy, confident and very well looked after. Highly recommended!

   Thoroughly impressed with my shopping experience at NCF. Phi, Ednan and their team were great to deal with, there was no high pressure sales tactics just good advice and traditional customer service. The products we bought are excellent quality and in the case of a wardrobe arriving in flat packing, it was easy to construct and all drawings and instructions were accurate and simple to follow. Highly recommended.

   Was shopping for new sofa today and headed for the retail park went to the usual stores and saw NCF and decided to pop in- range of sofas and tables was great and instantly saw the sofa I wanted - Ednan at the Bradford store started chatting explained everything I needed to know and explained the structure and type of sofa - price was the best I’d seen and extremely competitive especially in comparison to the usual suspect long story ordered two 3 seaters and totally satisfied great service great produce and great price highly recommend anyone meeting up with Ednan and arranging my sofas
