“Went to many places and it was Regency that stood out way above the rest. Eddy was great from start to finish when it came to selecting the fire. We had a make in mind but after talking to Eddy, he recommended another manufacturer which we went with. So glad we did and even though it took me a few weekends to actually fit it, I think it looks great. Eddy recommended that we didn’t build a frame around the soundbar and I am so glad about that as we can change in future without having to worry about sizes. From the first moment of stepping into Steve’s shop in Brighouse, we felt a true and genuine interest in designing a kitchen that was exactly right for us. A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined. Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends. The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility. We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.”

“Absolutely love my new sofa, great customer service and very responsive! I chose a sofa in store and then customised it by having a bespoke size to exactly fit the space & chose the fabric then added piping! It was ready and delivered so fast! We had a slight misunderstanding on the cushions with the piping and they swapped them over so quickly and without hassle. The driver and delivery team were fantastic and were really careful when bringing it into the house, very polite lads! 5 star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“A real pleasure to have used the Kitchen Gallery to have some floor to ceiling wardrobes fitted. From the first time we entered the showroom and spoke to Mr Ali he was professional from the outset conducted a free home visit and drew up the plans. His quote was competative and remained calm when discussing various options. His fitters were also brilliant lovely guys who were punctual pleasant and very professional with an eye to detail. In the end we got what we wanted with a seamless process and good quality goods at a decent price. An all round excellent experience. We highly recommend the Kitchen Gallery. Thank you.”

“I came for the menu and wow it didn’t disappoint. We had breakfast and I can confirm the food was amazing, a bit random but it worked. I had the good karma which has two sausages, some avocado, a tomato, a garlic mushroom, some delicious garlic and rosemary mini roast potatoes cubes. black pudding, beans and bread. My friend went for the stateside but switched bacon for vegan sausage - she also loved hers. I will say it was a bit expensive and the drinks aren’t really worth the price. I had a cup of tea for £2.45 which I felt was quite steep, but I guess we are in a cost of living crisis - regardless of the cost I’d recommend going and would definitely go again myself. It’s also quite a small place and we got the last table luckily so I’m unsure if seating is an issue but there was lots of outside seats available; it was just a bit cold so we wanted to go inside.”

The meat counter is the cleanest I’ve ever seen . Every Friday a fishmonger is to be found selling fresh fish at great prices . The displays of fruit & veg are always very well presented . They have a massive selection of everything .”

“The Greengates store and quite a large store with a well stocked garden center as well as a large food section also available are a range of sundry goods and like all B&M stores there prices are very good, as for parking a very large car park shared with sainsburys.”
