   Poor customer service from Asian girl working at the Thornton rd store Bradford on the weekend, I think it was a Sunday. She had no manners at all, it wouldn’t hurt to say please and thank you. She also rolled her eyes when I didn’t have the order details to hand. The rest of the team seem friendly and respect customers think I will avoid her next time.

   The reason being is mr Suleman who works at the thornton rd branch bradford. Very helpful guy. Has good knowledge of products. Gives you the option of cheaper products along with dearer one’s & tells you why their dearer.I have seen this guy same with any customer who walks through the door. Need more people like that

   Doesn't have the same feel as my local screwfix however they had made an error with a product I needed and my order had to be collected here! Still good customer service in these covid times and a clear line for in and out! If you need a couple of bits in a speedy time would recommend! Good customer service also
