   The duty manager Ms Adele seriously needs classes for customer support and help. Serious lack of empathy. Needed help not sure about size got response should have measure from home. I cant see this in store policy to either measure from home or get hell out of store

   Pretty embarrassing customer service, asked for help as a “lehman” and was sent away to the self service screen, I explained I don't know what I'm looking for and would like some help, the assistant Iqbal told me he's “got other things to do” and he can't help and to use the screen. I was shocked and asked did you really just say to me “what can I do?, I'm not allowed to help” he then got another staff member to come and help, who showed no real interest in helping and was rushing me so he can go away and do other things, pretty appealing service, if you don't like your job don't work here.

   The most unhelpful staff with poor customer service. My wife bought two light fittings after taking in our old ones being replaced, and asked if the connections were comparable. Little interest from staff, who said you will have to see ! Connections were similar but not the same size, so I returned them and asked if they had similar ones with larger connections. The girl said that I would have to look, but offered no alternate product. Very poor service, knowledgeable or unhelpful staff.

   Make regular visits here and the whole team are amazing from start to finish! The team really know how to look after their customers and they treat you as family and not just a number! Reasonably priced in comparison to other similar companies but it's worth the trip everytime
