He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. “Fast at picking of click and collect order, communications equally prompt. Service reviewed on what appeared to be a quiet Sunday however I couldnt fault the 'customer experience'. Staff pleasant and order correctly picked. Only criticism would be stock levels on what I would consider standard products (e.g. landscape fabric). I had to make two orders at two different Toolstation stores but considering the current health pandemic I wouldn't want to be seen grumbling too much.”

He was thorough and informative without being overbearing. “Upon entering the store, AJ greeted me warmly. I told him I had seen a bed online, and he invited me to take a seat while he looked it up. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

“Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories. Just like other furniture shops they have a permanent low price on everything, (but this time it’s real), excellent customer service and chargeable delivery on the bulky stuff. Across their 2 shops we get set up a 1 bed house with all its furniture and saved a bomb.”

“It was an absolute pleasure shopping at JB Furniture. I don't think I've ever seen such a choice and the furniture looks to be quality without having to take out a second mortgage when you buy something. The facility is interesting. Go in and you'll see what I mean. I've no problem recommending it. The staff are helpful too and don't follow you around when browsing. Oh and there is a coffee shop too where you can have a drink.”
