Staff pleasant and order correctly picked. Only criticism would be stock levels on what I would consider standard products (e.g. landscape fabric). I had to make two orders at two different Toolstation stores but considering the current health pandemic I wouldn't want to be seen grumbling too much.”

“I can’t recommend these enough hand on heart couple of most honest people I’ve ever met. I’ve gone in with a dryer heating element thermostat fault query expecting to have to buy a brand-new element for over 30 quid, but instead was shown a secret Hotpoint hack for resetting one of the thermostats and fixing the fault. In my previous property, they remodelled the kitchen, added extra units in the utility room, and even installed a clever under-stairs office. Their work really is second to none. The design team may have changed over time, but it’s clear that Steve has passed on his expertise—Gary has done an excellent job. The fitters, Russ and Mike, are also outstanding. What impresses me most is how well they handle the inevitable little hiccups that can arise on any project. For me, that’s the mark not just of a good company, but a truly great one.
