They was only 1 girl trying to manage 3 different queues, and organising it quite badly. I managed to get her attention while she was serving a customer who had only just arrived and completely ignoring those who had been waiting awhile. It was very very slow service, not good pre-Christmas! Why was she there alone…

We bought a Samsung microwave from here 5 months ago that has failed. They delivered it too. They don't want to help, brushed US off onto Samsung to sort things. Can you imagine how hard that is? £110 out of pocket. Thank you Argos, never use you again.
On Saturday I went to Argos for a couple of things one of which I had to take it back today and I was served by Claire the lovely manager in there and she helped me on Saturday and Friday. I feel safe in there as I know there’s people who look out for me
Ordered a ninja dual click n collect on Monday and got a mail to say it was ready to collect on Wednesday morning , went to collect it to be told we had cancelled it and it had been sold. As these are in big demand it looks like one of the staff has cancelled our order to purchase themselves and to add insult to injury we now have to wait upto 7 days for a refund. I will never shop there again in a shop where the staff can’t be trusted.

Travelled from Germany and needed a chip pan, super friendly and quick service. Topped off with the cashiers quip... "so you are Day chippers are you". Highly recommend Argos store.
Fast service, helpful staff, a good layout, and ground floor access make this an easy place to shop. The location is good, exactly opposite the indoor Market. The surrounding shops and cafes are a bonus. Parking is the only issue here. An alleyway and pedestrian crossing seperate the business from the nearest car park.
