If there are any parts missing, incorrect or damaged, they are ultra quick to replace and rush your order through and send out replacements free of charge (even whilst they are getting through other existing orders!). In my previous property, they remodelled the kitchen, added extra units in the utility room, and even installed a clever under-stairs office. Their work really is second to none. The design team may have changed over time, but it’s clear that Steve has passed on his expertise—Gary has done an excellent job. The fitters, Russ and Mike, are also outstanding.
