   I recently received an order which I was not happy with. I explained the problem to my local Howdens at Pontefract. The manager Eliot was very understanding and the situation was dealt with and sorted within a matter of days. I would like to thank him and one of the assistants Sam who both were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Thanks again Eliot and Sam.

   sometimes i just cannot believe howdens still trade , the service is not the best you seem to be treated with contempt for asking a question and then they have no stock in , out of 12 items i asked for they had 3 .

   Howdens supplied our kitchen and we're delighted with the quality at a very reasonable price. There were a few issues that we had with the order, but Aaron was incredibly quick to reply to my emails and put everything right for us straight away. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.
