“I can’t recommend these enough hand on heart couple of most honest people I’ve ever met. I’ve gone in with a dryer heating element thermostat fault query expecting to have to buy a brand-new element for over 30 quid, but instead was shown a secret Hotpoint hack for resetting one of the thermostats and fixing the fault. I can’t praise them enough for their fantastic customer service… thank you so much!!”
