    Visited at 8.30 on a Friday night but no excuse for bad service. Sarah on tills must have had a bad day. Was greeted with .... Mmm hmm Was told the cost... No please or thank you. Just shoved the receipt in my hand. Shocker really.

    They need to make sure staff know rules about pups as asked if we could fetch my pup in if hes sat in a trolly was told yes by 1 staff member as walking in carrying my pup another staff member told me we couldn't come in but the way she spoke to me was disgusting she could do with a few lessons on how to speak to customers I shall not be using bnms again plus will be telling all my family friends and pub customers about my experience today

    There is plenty of parking, a very good selection of everything from food, clothes, electrical and seasonal. Staff are helpful. You can often find a bargain. The garden centre has a nice selection of plants etc in the summertime.
