Went yesterday and there was a lovely lady I think she was called Christine putting stock away she was so helpful when I asked about a product and went out of her way to show me and discuss it with me, wish every shop had a lady like this! Thank you so much
Loved visiting the store today, the Christmas section looks amazing! I want to give a shout out to Tom for going above and beyond to help us. I didn't know where to start and he helped me (well my children) get everything they needed and more. Their bedroom looks like Whoville now! It's amazing. Thank you so much Tom!
Thank you so much to keighly today and I want management to acknowledge her too for her outstanding customer service I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and went in for last min cleaning bits and heavy washing powder and she asked if I had anyone to carry it for me and that she finishes soon and would bring it over to me she didn't have to do that especially since she was off the clock but went above and beyond for me I want her to know she's a true gem and what an asset to your company and store! I called up and asked if they had a specific toy in stock, she went away and come back and I was told yes they do and they would put behind the till for me. I drove 45 minutes to get there to be flippantly told ‘sorry we don’t have any in’ clearly not understanding the issue here. fuming doesn’t even cover it. Totally rubbish customer service.
Having seen loads of videos on the internet about The Range, I thought I would finally visit for myself. And I wasn't disappointed! The seasonal selection is fantastic. My wife and I spent ages in this shop, and came away with some great bargains.
One of their bigger stores with a good selection of everything. I was really pleased at the amount of DIY stuff on offer in addition to the 'home' stuff. Really friendly and helpful staff.
It's difficult with Covid to say much other that thank god you are open! Covid safe although staff do get a bit close while stocking shelves! A good "Range" of everyday products at a decent price, free parking, clean and safe.
