“This guy knows his business, absolute professional, totally able to read who what where and suggest absolutely the right products. Listened attentively - engaging and respectful. Really felt for the owner as he’s downsizing the business, due to reduced footfall. However he’s not going far. Went in for a dress shirt, unfortunately I’m rather broad in the shoulders and not as copious at the waist. Absolute banging selection presented. Yes I paid more than elsewhere- however the service totally made this worth it.”

“Oh Gosh!!! When it comes to Multi Seller Retailer. You've got home, garden & other stuff under one roof. This one in Leeds Hunslet is one of the finest I have come across. Appreciate the management here this store is very well organised. Staff is very helpful and very well trained. I have to the one in Bradford Store few times but this store is on a different level.”

Her customer service today was second to none, I work in customer service myself so I know how hard it can be keeping everyone happy. “My daughter, young grandson and I ate here on Wednesday early evening, we had the best dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles, and seated at a great table. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our servers were attentive, especially the young lady that took our order (sorry we didn't get your name) and advised us that if we order off the set menu we could include starters for an extra 25p. These were as delicious as the main course. Nothing was too much trouble as we ordered my grandson meal immediately so he could start eating and whilst waiting he was brought over crayons and a colouring in menu. We can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Definitely a new favorite spot for us all!”

“This John Lewis has five floors of quality products ranging from clothes to carpets. Their home section is particularly impressive with a large selection of beds and mattresses. Staff are on hand to provide services such as upholstery and design consultations, and you're able to try the mattresses in store, with appropriate covid things in place. Altogether it's a great store. They have lots of sale items in store too.”

“First time in the Range, Birstall and I was blown away...omg it's huge!! It covers two floors with escalators and lifts to both floors meaning it's fully accessible to everyone. The cafe on the first floor gives a welcome break from the vastness although service is very slow though. There has to be toilets in the building but fire a change I didn't need to use the facilities so I cannot comment on them . Sorry, next time!! The aisles could do with being a bit wider for wheelchair accessibility. Car parking is right outside the store for disabled and able bodied alike. All in all well with a visit!!”
