Customer service is absolutely ridiculous the manager Archie is deaf as I was being spoken to in such a rude tone by one of his colleagues when my mum stepped in she told her to shut up I asked him what is he going to do about that he told me he did not hear this while he was stood at the same spot I was in and heard it terrible!
Pretty useless. Went in today to collect my water jug and even though with the FT number physical ID and collection code I wasn’t allowed to collect an essential item!!! What would have really been the difference if it were delivered to my address. Unhelpful and useless
Nice shop, the air conditioning worked a treat, friendly staff.
This review isn’t to do with the store its self but a person who works there. I have tried to call customer service but unfortunately they isn’t anyone that I can talk to about the matter. If somebody could email and this so I don’t have to post it online that would be helpful thank you.
Just like to say a big thankyou to Karen I needed a battery for my watch and you advised me to go to watch hospital in merrion centre you are so helpful.
I needed a plug for my new iPhone and Karen on the till was excellent. She suggested the Apple 20w charging plug so I purchased it. Karen is an asset to the headrow store very polite,kind,and such help.
Extremely rude manager or assistant, 0% integrity. I made and order in the store but didn’t get it delivered as promised, instead of resolving the issue she started screaming at me and describing the warehouse to me.
Ordered Christmas presents went to collect had to take my daughter as no one to watch her disappointed that the items are not packaged so can clearly see what the parcel is however the cashier could not of made it any more obvious and said to my daughter is this for you and handed to my daughter let's say she was pleased with it however I was less as a Christmas present was ruined should be an option to be able to bag the items also needs to be a better system if how to collect online as never been to this store before and other people was served before us as not clearly signed where to go was not the only customer not to know
