   Not happy whatsoever with the managerss at the Wetherby store. We trave to Wetherby from Wakefield regularly and buy our shopping and fresh flowers. The last bunch of carnations we purchased only lasted 3 to 4 days before we had to throw them away. We've been to day and we told tge managerss of the store about this. She was rude and asked if we had our receipt. We're not going to keep our receipt how many do and we told her this. No flowers no receipt she said in a rude voice. Disgraceful manners. Very annoyed customer.

   It's a small store, far too small for the Wetherby area, with very little parking which usually causes problems. Stock isn't always what it should be unfortunately, many items unavailable. Has bakery, good wine selection, click and collect. Plants and flowers aren't cared for very well, particularly the plants even after I've mentioned it to the manager! Checkouts aren't always manned efficiently. All in all it's great that Wetherby has an M&S Food Hall but it needs to be better managed and in bigger premises.

   Quite busy. With the narrow aisles, a one-way system would be helpful. The layout of the store means it would be easy enough to be implement too. Lots of people completely disregarding social distancing rules and staff not doing much to encourage social distancing. My first visit since lockdown and there wasn't even someone on the door monitoring numbers. Was quite a stressful experience. I've been twice since and not any better on either occasion. I've been shopping here for many years and find the shop well stocked with a good range of products. I just wish more was being done to enable social distancing. Would visit more frequently if it felt safer.

   I've been shopping at this store since they opened. Today is the first time I've returned a box of chocolates which tasted completely plastic and the customer service guy (blond tall lad) would not issue a refund. M&S give discount vouchers to attract customers to shop at the store, and today they've turned away a life time customer for approximately £10. Where is the common sense? Hmmm.
