Found the staff to be very rude. As I walked in all 3 guys were on there phones. Didn’t even acknowledge me. The shop was a mess, rubbish everywhere. And then when I walked out I said thanks, bye. And again they ignored me. Very rude

Went in and purchased a mattress and said it would be delivered and ready to Collect on the 9th February then to be told that we would get it sometime around the 9th March. When we had already sold the cot for our baby girl is beyond belief, last time I buy anything from there.
Amazing staff and just a wonderful experience all in. Bought some wardrobes, drawers and a sofa online during Black Friday deals and got my order wrong. Contacted customer service who changed it before it was shipped. Just been back to order another five chests of drawers and they had them in stock. I can't say I have ever had such good service from ANY other retailer.
Spent £450 on some garden furniture told 1 week delivery at the point of sale (covid systems already in place) 1 month later and many different excuses from in store staff, they just don’t know whats going off, tried phoning customer services at head office as in store staff suggested and no one is prepared to speak with you, our next visit this weekend will be either to collect our item or collect a refund. Not impressed, some answers would have gone a long way.
