Nice bloke, says it how it is, bought carpet/vinyl from there twice. They're coming to fit the vinyl on Thursday which is a quick turnaround. Could have gone to a national company but I decided to support a local business
Went in to browse and found them very helpful and not pushy. Vast selection of carpets.
Has a large selection of floor coverings at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful, will help you to choose a flooring suited to you. Fitting is very quick and to a high standard.
Took them two days to finally get around to fitting the flooring down for us. The first day they arrived late to tell us that they wouldn't in fact have time to fit our floor and that we must get the plastic tiling up that was already down (despite the guy who came out to measure up saying nothing about this). The second day they came out two hours late despite us telling them that this time-window wouldn't be acceptable due to the school run. Came home to find them gone and all the cut-offs in the front garden. Will definitely not be using again.
Rubbish service. Had to take two days off work for my floor fitted in the hall. Into the second day and again waited all day and no one here yet. When you call all you get is that they'll call the fitters to find out but no one returns your call. Don't use unless you are willing to take 3 days off work to wait around!!!
