I don't think I've ever seen such a choice and the furniture looks to be quality without having to take out a second mortgage when you buy something. The facility is interesting. Go in and you'll see what I mean. I've no problem recommending it. The staff are helpful too and don't follow you around when browsing. Oh and there is a coffee shop too where you can have a drink.”

“Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories. “They sell just about anything you need. My journey took me there looking for inner soles, and I found some. The place is so big it took me two trips up and down the aisles, and then finally grabbing a stray employee to help me find them. More signage? The store is clean and tidy. And the Garden centre looked interesting. Nice to see the healthy looking plants standing outside the store were not wilting, and reasonable priced too. Needless to say I left B&M with quite a bit more than the innersoles.”

They met with us many times in order for us to get the right kitchen. Time was never an issue. Bens experience in this field was clear. He was able to give us advice when we were unsure of anything.
