   The best purchase we have made for our house. We decided to look at options to upgrade an existing old cinema room in the house and having done some research Bespoke Cinemas seemed to have a good reputation. We engaged with Melanie and an appointment was made to see the show cinema. We then met with Gifford who knows his stuff when it comes to home cinema. We even were able to see a cinema in their own home which really helped us. The whole process was so easy and included all the family and never felt like a sales pitch just lots of options at different price points. We decided on a final look and booked in the fit out. The fitout was so well managed by Gifford and Paul. They kept us in the loop at every stage. Having had lots of work in the house before the disturbance was minimal and well the end product was and still is first class. I didn’t think it could be so good if I’m honest but it is simple to use, backup support is at the end of a WhatsApp message and everyone who sees it thinks it is amazing just like we do. I can’t recommend them enough it really is amazing and Melanie, Gifford and Paul have been a pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend you won’t be disappointed

   The team at Bespoke have been helping us create our home for over ten years now. The latest mission has been to add a lighting and sound scheme to our garden. As usual, a ton of first rate concepts filtered with practical advice to optimise cost to benefit. Quick and reliable installation and follow up - a real pleasure to work with. Paul is excellent, leaving you with a perfect finish and practical tips. The team are very easy to reach if you need anything. Highly recommend.

   From the very start of the process Bespoke Home Cinemas were quite simply amazing. They offered advice and recommendations based on their extensive knowledge but were never pushy. It was an absolute pleasure working through the whole design and then seeing it come to life. The Cinema is definitely the most talked about and used room in our new home (everyone who visits wants to use it!) and we couldn’t be happier with both the room and the service.    The whole experience from design to completion was superb. Attention to detail was flawless and the final product, in my opinion, award winning. This is not just a cinema. Installing a cinema in a house built in 1866 was not without challenges, but Gifford and his team delivered. Including bespoke ceiling cornicing to match original features shows how far the attention to detail goes. It’s not just the tech, but the whole picture. And, due to shipping challenges beyond their control, they pulled out all the stops to get seats personally deliver and installed on Christmas Eve, which just demonstrates how far these guys go to deliver first class service! Overall, we could not have selected a better team to plan, design, install and deliver a top class cinema. Oh, they also do control 4 too!

   Wow! What a company! Gifford, Paul and Mel are great people who know their industry inside out. From meeting them on a building site to the finishing product I could not be happier. The technical knowledge Paul and Gifford have is incredible. Phenomenal attention to detail and went way way past our expectations. Loved the renders, loved the experience, loved the conversations and LOVE THE CINEMA! If I ever move again… bespoke is the first contractor I’m calling! Wow! WISH I COULD GIVE 8 STARS

   Really positive experience with Bespoke Home Cinemas. We used another company previously to help with us our Control System and what a difference with Bespoke. Paul, our engineer, was really knowledgeable and helpful and was able to upgrade our system and unlock functionality that we couldn't get before, like the C4 app!! Will definitely be using Bespoke again in the future and would highly recommend them.

   Bespoke Home Cinema are a fantastic company to work with. Their passion, energy and enthusiasm makes a real difference to the finished product. The work, which they completed for our cinema room at Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, was to an extremely high quality and from the very beginning of the project, they did everything in their power to accommodate all of our needs and make sure that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with our new cinema and couldn’t recommend Bespoke Home Cinema highly enough.
