From our first phone call right through to laying the carpets the whole process has been easy and painless. Great value, really good quality and everything arrived when they said it would. We dealt with a younger guy called Reggie. Really good, professional, courteous man who knows his business. Hopefully getting more done next year. “Great experience. I ordered the sofa and unfortunately there was a delay in the shipment of my item. I got an email explaining the situation and giving me options of choosing another sofa for faster delivery or waiting around 3 weeks for mine. I opted to wait and within a week I had a phone call informing me they had a shipment and would send my item out to me ASAP. The entire process took less than 2 weeks even with the delay. Communication from the company is great and they are also super easy to get hold of. I have since received communications to ensure I am happy with my product and the delivery service. Customer service is fantastic and my sofa is absolutely stunning! super easy to assemble and very comfy! Would highly recommend this company!”

“It was an absolute pleasure shopping at JB Furniture. I don't think I've ever seen such a choice and the furniture looks to be quality without having to take out a second mortgage when you buy something. The facility is interesting. Go in and you'll see what I mean. I've no problem recommending it. The staff are helpful too and don't follow you around when browsing. Oh and there is a coffee shop too where you can have a drink.”
