“Great experience. I ordered the sofa and unfortunately there was a delay in the shipment of my item. I got an email explaining the situation and giving me options of choosing another sofa for faster delivery or waiting around 3 weeks for mine. I opted to wait and within a week I had a phone call informing me they had a shipment and would send my item out to me ASAP. The entire process took less than 2 weeks even with the delay. Communication from the company is great and they are also super easy to get hold of. I have since received communications to ensure I am happy with my product and the delivery service. “The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”

“Really like the new salon, children can sit in the little cars whilst having their hair cut and are distracted with the ipad too. Works a treat. We always have Gabrielle who is really lovely and always does a fabulous job! Toy corner to play whilst waiting and a little cafe - it’s a great concept and my little one now loves going for his hair cutting!”
