   I have taken my 2 yr old son a few times now to Little Snipperz in Ossett and each time has been a fantastic experience for him. The staff are amazing with him and really make him feel welcome. Big shout out to Gabriele the stylist. She is so patient and really takes her time to make sure the haircut is as good as she can get. She made sure my son had the best experience he could. His haircut looks amazing and I can’t thank Gabriele enough for her help with deciding what to do with his hair. Thank you so much Gabriele you are a star ⭐

   I brought my little boy in yesterday for the first time. After previously visiting a couple of different salons for his hair cut the experience was always very traumatic for me. I was very nervous, however I can not recommend little Snipperz enough. Roxanne welcomed us into the salon and specifically went and sat with my little boy whilst he was playing and introduced herself to him. He is 2 years old so I didn’t know how it would go. I didn’t have any ideas really of what I wanted as his hair was quite long but Roxanne helped me make a decision. She was so patient with my little boy and the tools they use are so quiet he didn’t even realise he was having his hair cut. She cut my little boys hair at his own pace and let him continue to play whilst doing this. I will without a doubt be returning to this salon, even the other staff who was working came over and spoke to my little boy. Absolutely amazing staff thank you so much xxx

   Really like the new salon, children can sit in the little cars whilst having their hair cut and are distracted with the ipad too. Works a treat. We always have Gabrielle who is really lovely and always does a fabulous job! Toy corner to play whilst waiting and a little cafe - it’s a great concept and my little one now loves going for his hair cutting!

   I brought my son Arthur here for his haircut. He’s usually not a fan, but Roxanne and the receptionist made him feel really welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. His hair looked great, and he warmed up as the cut went on. The salon is lovely and clean, with thoughtful extras like toys and colouring to keep little ones entertained. We’ll definitely be making this our regular place for our toddler.

   Absolutely amazing experience. Explained how scared my son was of having his haircut and that our intention was for him to get used to her. She took her time to gain his trust and let him be in complete control. He had a full haircut even telling her he wanted it shorter. He already can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much, highly recommend

   First time I came no issues. It clearly says their opening times on their website. I drove for 25 minutes for a drop in appointment today (as advertised on their website) to find it closed. A text exchange confirmed they closed early. No explanation. Nothing on their social media or answerphone message. Not a great business model. Won't be coming back. I've lost money on petrol and parking for this wasted trip.

   Had my baby boy’s first haircut, went there because wanted my baby to have a good experience for the first time, but it was quite the opposite. She straight away spray wet his hair and he was terrified, she didn’t welcomed him at all. Hair cut was good and quick, but I had a massive guilt all day that I did not stop her when my poor wee baby was in tears all way. Not baby friendly at all. The certificate was a good keepsake, but not worth it for the trauma caused.

   My daughter loved it. The stylists are very friendly and professional. Perfect job cutting her hair and when she found out they have a pamper area she wanted her nails painted. The pamper roof is very clean. Enough room for a little party for a birthday party which we will be having for her next birthday.
