“What a brilliant place this is. I was so scared about the thought of cataract surgery and to say I was anxious upon arrival is an understatement! Well I needn't have worried. I was put at ease straight away, the procedure was explained in detail every step of the way and the surgery itself was nothing like the horror I'd imagined! I have now had cataract surgery on both eyes. I had a different surgeon each time, and they were both lovely. Having this surgery has been over of the best things I've ever had done. I can see things in their true colours and I can finally ditch the rigid gas permeable contact lenses I have worn for 50 years. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you.”

“I would highly recommend going to Total Fitness I went today and it was my first time going to gym was super nervous first, but I got showed around by Harry and he was lovely then I had a 1-1 session with Luke for an hour and he was fantastic made me feel so comfortable, it was the best workout ever, I can’t even feel my legs haha and now I’m really excited to go back to the gym. I’ve signed up now for a 12 month membership I would definitely go to total fitness and if you’re new to the gym don’t be nervous as they treat you will respect and don’t judge you at all!”

Instantly, and even before I met her, Kelly put me at ease and oozes positivity! Its clear she has extensive knowledge in the industry and a passion for her job. Her standards are second to none which made me even happier being a nurse. The training didn't stop in the classroom either, whenever I had a question she was there to answer and her advice was always constructive and helpful.
