“What a brilliant place this is. I was so scared about the thought of cataract surgery and to say I was anxious upon arrival is an understatement! Well I needn't have worried. I was put at ease straight away, the procedure was explained in detail every step of the way and the surgery itself was nothing like the horror I'd imagined! “I would highly recommend going to Total Fitness I went today and it was my first time going to gym was super nervous first, but I got showed around by Harry and he was lovely then I had a 1-1 session with Luke for an hour and he was fantastic made me feel so comfortable, it was the best workout ever, I can’t even feel my legs haha and now I’m really excited to go back to the gym. I’ve signed up now for a 12 month membership I would definitely go to total fitness and if you’re new to the gym don’t be nervous as they treat you will respect and don’t judge you at all!”
