   Absolutely rubbish patches system. Was greeted by a rude receptionist that told us the government has made it mandatory to make appointments only through the patches system. If you look on government website it states its down to individual surgeries. We should still be able to make speak to a helpful receptionist and book a same day face to face appointment or go into the surgery for a sit and wait appointment. Its clear that ossett surgery is run is a business not a health care provider. It amazes me what our taxes are paying for. Why should anyone have to wait upto 48 hours for the patches system to respond.

   Absolute abysmal service, can't book appointments over phone. Been waiting all day for a call back, gonna find a new doctors. Be able to get appointment if I'd have just arrived in the country.

   If you want an appointment to see a doctor best go to a&e as youll be seen quicker. Reception just put you through to patch’s which don’t understand what your saying and takes up to a week to get an appointment.takes 3 weeks to get a blood test absolute shower of s

   Patches!! has anyone experienced problems? 1st time using, been waiting since 8am booking it for a call back to talk to a Dr, it's now 5.30pm had my phone stuck to me all day, not gone out incase I missed the call, normally reasonably happy with the surgery.

   I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. No future appointments, no real understanding or anything towards mental health, no communication, quite rude. You basically do all the work and tell them what's wrong with you.

   I have been with Church St surgery for 40 years. I must be very lucky as I am well looked after. I have always managed to obtain an appointment, whether telephone or surgery quite quickly. My diabetic reviews, and other recent issues have been promptly addressed.

   What an amazing place. I was feeling very anxious when I went in, and went to the wrong part. The receptionist was so helpful and understanding. Then in the part I was meant to be in, the gentleman on reception greeted me with a lovely smile and reassurance. I then met another member of staff who helped me with the parking. Finally, the doctor was excellent and went over and above with what I was there for. What an amazing team. Thank you for putting me at ease.
