   This garage is an absolute hidden gem took my w212 E63 down for burning oil was told engine was burning oil and will need replacing from another garage brought it to these guys who ran a proper inspection and discovered the pcp breather was leaking…. Saved me 1000s of pounds really lovely guys and quality work ,also sent my pal around in his c63 he was told he needed timing doing from Mercedes only to bring it around to these guys and discovered it only needed a coil pack that was causing a miss fire. If you have a Mercedes I wouldn’t look els where really experienced and good down to earth blokes! Cheers!

   The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10

   Over the past few years, I’ve taken my W204 C class estate to Prestige for a number of things such as general services, gearbox service, abs and parking sensor replacements, replacing a split turbo pipe, brake pads and discs etc and they’ve been great. Very flexible on booking the car in, good quality work at a reasonable price and are very knowledgeable. A great independent Mercedes specialist that I would recommend to anyone.

   Having had to visit the guys at Prestige a few times over the last couple of months for several vehicle dramas , I can honestly say nothing is ever too much bother for them! They always clearly explain what needs doing and give realistic timeframes and quotes so you know what to expect. Can't fault the results ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   I've been using these guys for around 5 years now. I've had three cars (all Mercedes) with them and it's always a pleasure. They go out of their way to fit repairs around my work schedule (usually late in the evenings). I'm quite inquisitive about how the different components in cars work (which is probably nuisance to them). Regardless of my questions, every time I come in for repairs, the lads explain exactly how the parts interact with one another, why certain wear and tear happens, and the steps they are taking to undertake repairs. They are extremely knowledgeable and I always leave with complete confidence (and some learning). Highly recommend Pete and Shaun at Prestige Motor Engineers. Very reliable.

   Prestige did an A service and a transmission service on my E-class, 30% cheaper than dealership and did a great job. The car was washed and vacced and I was given the printout of the entry on Mercedes Electronic Service Record to show my service history is up to date. To top it off the cost was £10 cheaper than quoted! Professional, friendly and good at what they do.

   I've been going to Prestige for a few years now and despite moving out of the area, I keep taking my car back there because the service is so good. The team are so helpful and I have never felt like I have been ripped off - quite the opposite! On a number of occasions they have checked over things for me for free and given me some great advice. I have had new break pads, new tyres, MOTs, services, warning lights checked, investigations in to random noises and many other things and I have always trusted their work. Thank you Team Prestige!
