Went over with DLR passenger side, front beam problem. He sorted it out in about 1 hour. Seating area was nice. Told me loads about the car and sorted out the child lock problem too. Great guy and team. Will use again soon for a full service.
It's so reassuring to have Danny's indepth knowledge on these cars. Prior to meeting Danny I did have concerns as to where I would go if I had problems with my car. Owning an infiniti had previously been a cause of anxiety for me.
So my car came to Dan about 10 months ago for a major repair on the gear box as it would not go into 2nd and reverse. I covered approximately 15000 miles and unfortunately it did the same symptoms again. I messaged Dan who asked for me to get the car back to him. It turns out totally different area had broken. Dan still repaired the car free of charge while he was investigating what had gone wrong, he was well within his rights to charge me. Honestly, macanics like this are hard to find, honest, fair and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will echo my review on Facebook. I wish he was closer to home as I would use him for everything. Thanks for all you help.
Dan has done several medial jobs in my q30 all have been great value,efficient and professional. I would well recommend him if you have an Infiniti. He knows his stuff.
First time using Danny here. The main dealer was not helpful and quoted a massive price and 8 weeks delay on the part. Danny managed to repair the part at a fraction of the price and time . He kept me informed of the process, we managed to recycle and keep some parts which is always better environmentally. He has a great understanding of the cars and willingness to help. Totally recommend him and his services.
I was introduced to Infinity Specialist in Wakefield when I needed to correct a fault in my Audi's electric steering system. I was very impressed by Daniel, he was very professional and made myself and my Wife feel welcome, something I have never experienced in any other Garage. In fact after he had completed the job he even went out of his way to find and direct us to a local cafe, where we both enjoyed a meal before returning to Southampton. I was so impress I will definitely consider another trip to Wakefield to book my car in for a full service. Reliable, honest Garage's are hard to find. Cannot recommend Daniel enough, he really does know his stuff. A good customer of mine was struggling to diagnose an air conditioning fault on his own car and I suggested bringing it here to a dedicated Infiniti specialist. Daniel was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very transparent about what needed to be done to resolve the issue. If only more mechanics were this good at their jobs!
Danny has done nothing but give an exceptional service. After I bought a car from carshop and it went faulty a day outside of the warranty, Danny took it in and tried to diagnose what was wrong. After having it for a week we were still no closer to finding the cause but he admitted it was a bigger job and said it needed to go to the main dealer. He didn’t charge me for that and was totally open and honest throughout. He’s serviced and MOTd our car and it was all done quickly and hassle free. I won’t take my cars anywhere else now and would recommend him to anyone for an honest, reliable service. Thanks Danny
Lights on the car were absolutely gone. I contacted Infiniti services and got a clear explanation straight away, and even some advice about other issues. I had a diagnostics completed free of charge. Lots of good advice about the car and even showed me what the issue is and how to resolve it. Once my parts arrived and appt booked, my car was fixed within the hour. Lovely service, thanks again!!
