   I visited Wilco Motorsave on a Sunday after noticing that some of the bodywork on the underside of my car had come loose the previous day, in the hope of getting it sorted ahead of the working week. I dropped in without an appointment but the guys working there were happy to take a look and figure out what was wrong. This is a courtesy that Halfords couldn't afford me when I visited them the day prior, might I add. It took the team less than 10 minutes to get my car sorted, and because it only needed a couple of new screws, refused to accept any form of payment for the service (despite not only fixing my issue but their staff also taking time out of their working day to fit the new screws). I can't articulate how grateful I am, for both having somewhere that I could go to get my issue fixed on a weekend, and for how incredibly helpful the team were. Let's face it, in the automotive industry it's so easy to be up-sold unceccesary services and to generally get ripped off, but the customer service and integrity that this place demonstrates is quite frankly exemplary. I'll certainly use them again and can't recommend them more highly. Thank you for showing some kindness to a guy that knows very little about cars, for saving him having to take time off work, and for alleviating a huge source of stress. Enjoy the beers, guys! Thank you so very much once again, I really am incredibly grateful.

   Coco the clown behind the counter are utter useless.... and has the audacity to say "well if you can do it yourself then do it it's a complete waste of our time" I'm sorry I fetch my car to you to work on but if it's an inconvenience for you I shall do that and as I was about to leave he asks "are you still here" what a way to treat people respectfully.... I've never been spoken to so poorly in all my life in a retail establishment I came in for an oil top up and some one to put it in for me and left feeling very belittled.... We are human beings you should treat people respectfully

   I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve taken multiple vehicles to Wilco Motosave and felt compelled to share how impressed I’ve been every time. The service here is truly outstanding. The gentleman who did my wheel alignment was incredibly friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The manager is equally fantastic - he went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was sorted without any hassle. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality work with genuine customer care and affordability. Wilco Motosave is exactly that. Don’t hesitate to come here - you’ll be in excellent hands.

   I always use Motosave for my tyres. The staff are helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable,the tyres are good quality. Called in this morning just after 9am on my way home by 9:40am new tyre fitted,MOT tomorrow.
