   Bought an item online, payment taken, Had no details whereabouts of item after 11 days had no response to my emails on whereabouts of the item. I managed to get hold of someone on the phone after a few tries and the money was refunded to my account. People on the phone where nice just getting hold of them wasnt easy so a lot of time was wasted waiting on reordering parts.
