I've now had two MOTs done here, fast, reliable, communication great. One pass with advisories and the other failed on the previous advisory but cheap price to fix with a nice broken down bill. Will continue to use white garage. Highly recommend.
Good garage located on the main road in Askern just past the lake, garage owner was pleasant and helpful, the garage offers a range of servicing and MOT also aswell as general repairs.
Avoid this “garage” like the plague. In my nearly 30 years of driving, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Dropped off the car for an MOT. They rang me later, said “Your car is ready…….it’s failed [laughter].” My definition of “ready” is that the car has passed, and is ready to drive. Surely their first words should have been “it has failed the MOT.” Failed on the nearside headlight aim (which they could not be bothered to adjust during the MOT, like any other MOT tester); and rear brakes binding on one side – I have never experienced any brake binding. They said they could repair the brakes and adjust headlight, but “we don’t deal with emissions” after the car failed on this. So they fail a car, but cannot rectify the emissions fault, which should be the bread and butter for any respectable service garage. Rude, un-cooperative and appalling service. Zero respect for the customers. So much for backing a local business.
Support your local small business. This really is a genuinely great sole proprietor garage. It smells like a garage should do and the work is always completed to a high standard. Previously, I have just had my MOTs done here. This time there were advisories on the brakes and it was due a full service. All done, service lights reset and a competitive price.
