Great furniture poor waterproof covers plus I did put something on top of glass to lift the cover off the glass but the water still came through, never had a problem with my first cover though
Massive thank you to JB Furniture for squeezing our delivery in early. We love the garden furniture we chose and having it early meant we could use it in the hot weather we just had. Fantastic place to visit, so much to look at and lots of lovely accessories too, it’s a bit of an Aladdin’s cave so definitely worth a trip. Really lovely helpful staff and such good quality furniture, excellent.
It was an absolute pleasure shopping at JB Furniture. I don't think I've ever seen such a choice and the furniture looks to be quality without having to take out a second mortgage when you buy something. The facility is interesting. Go in and you'll see what I mean. I've no problem recommending it. The staff are helpful too and don't follow you around when browsing. Oh and there is a coffee shop too where you can have a drink.
Having been told about JB's we were amazed at the range and variety of furniture on offer. Staff were extremely helpful and offered cushion and fabric options. Really pleased with our purchase, will definitely go back
Wow, absolutely stunned by the first-class service JB Furniture has given me this week. I have to be one of the fussiest people around but these guys smashed it for me. Great on-line platform, great prices, great customer service team and Chris the delivery driver is ace. I left it so late in ordering a birthday present for the wife and was convinced I was doomed but JB puled it out the bag with the delivery of the Bistro set today and considering I live hundreds of miles away from the depot I'm still in shock. Have no reason to big up JB Furniture as don't know them from Adam but I can only rate them for the recent service, 11 out of 10 honest. Martin Buckinghamshire
Our lovely garden furniture arrived on Saturday and what a great service delivery by Chris! Despite 5 hours being in his van, nothing was too much trouble. Service with a smile:-) This is also a company that operates with true customer service - every time I phoned with a query, the phone was answered by a proper human being! We would definitely use this company again. Thank you.
Despite being initially disappointed with the delivery lead time for our newly purchased garden furniture, the service team responded to my emails quickly and gave me a clear date when my order would arrive in the ship. To my joy it was then delivered and installed the very next day. The delivery chap was super friendly and completed the "white glove" set up quickly and efficiently. Super service, great product and will definitely use again.
Huge floors of conservatory furniture giving lots of choice and helpful staff. I definitely recommend you visit their cafe/bistro for lunch or dinner as the food and staff are fab. A very enjoyable morning and will be back!
