   Bought this bed from a retailer. It has ONE bar supporting a super king mattress. The bar snapped in the middle of the night. When I asked for a replacement, they said they would need to see pictures and evidence first. So I went back to the showroom where I bought it and exchanged it with the bar in their showroom. The bar they supply the retailer is of much higher quality than what they supply their customers. AVOID THEM!

   Contacted customer service as our mattress started bulging and sagging. Sent photos and received a dismissive response effectively saying the bulges were due to sitting on the mattress and not rotating it enough. All of which was rubbish. Won’t be buying anything from this company again and don’t bother contacting them as it’s a waste of time.

   The lorry driver ran into my car causing extensive damage then fled the scene. I called the dispatcher and got the run around until they finally said that it never happened. I've filed a police report and am waiting for the results of that as I have witnesses. Management wouldn't even speak with me on the phone even after multiple requests. What a terribly run company who take no responsibility.

   Bought a Highgrove ZONAGEL mattress last year. Within 12 months the ends had collapsed. Was informed by Highgrove that it can not be put on a slatted base. It does not state this anywhere on the label. Money down the drain as they won't replace. Please avoid this company if your looking for a mattress.

   After becoming disappointed with the a headboard manufactured THREE times via a local furniture company I decided to contact Highgrove direct. I spoke with Sanjiv ( a manager ) and expressed my disappointment. He investigated my concerns and promptly contacted me with the assurance that he would personally oversee the manufacture of a FOURTH headboard. I was convinced I would finally receive the quality of headboard seen in the showroom of Furniture Deals Ltd, how wrong I was, another headboard " not fit for purpose." I am now in receipt of a refund. A very stressful experience, one not to be repeated.
