   I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a sofa that was advertised to me as “new,” but what I received was nothing close. When it arrived, it was soaking wet, had a strong animal smell, and was visibly worn. I raised these concerns right away, but the responses I received felt dismissive and untrue I genuinely expected honesty and basic quality, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this business based on what I went through.

   Took over a month to arrive after paying in full after multiple phone calls to find out where it was - ordered and paid for 12/12/24 arrived 13th January no instruction on how to set-up the bed - rude delivery men one very helpful lady in customer service Andrea - without her help my deaf disabled mother would simply never have got her bed at all. After multiple calls on my mothers behalf the bed finally left the depot - yes great price but after paying almost £600.00 the service to actually get the bed into her home was a disgrace.

   Great service from Andrea. Some slight delay in communication but understandable as it was over Christmas. Mattress arrived well packaged & we followed the advice to allow 48 hours for the mattress to go back to its pre compressed state. It fits the bed very well & is very comfortable. Thank you!

   19/12/2022 We ordered 2 electric adjustable beds before Christmas. As they were unable to deliver before the new year due to the Christmas rush we came to a mutual agreement that the beds would be delivered in January 2023. They arrived as promised in kit form but without instructions but as it turned out it was a simple procedure to assemble them. Total time to assemble both beds was just over an hour. I did have to contact the seller about a missing part but they got it to me the following day via a courier. Excellent service, I wish I could award 6 or more stars for the price, service and back up. Keep up the good work! Can I add that everything we received was what we ordered.

   I purchased a sofa from this Co via eBay for £699.99.Took delivery on 1 Sept this year. By 21 Sept, the seams started to fray. Contacted sleep Kings via ebay and we came to an agreement that I would get another sofa which I was going to pay another £300 for and it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Communication was very good until I made an enquiry about the replacement. On 23 Oct I messaged sleep Kings enquiring they replied asking if they could update next week. That was the last I heard from them. I have sent many messages, contacted the store to be told they can't help and to send another message "as they can't ignore me forever." By this time return window had closed and ebay couldn't help. Thanks to this Co, I am left with a sofa that looks about 10yrs old. I would NEVER recommend this sleep Kings crowd to anyone.

   SCAM. Don’t buy from this place not even by mistake. Low quality items and FALSE advertising. They will send you the wrong items and refuse exchange or return. Disrespectful customer service, had the workers hang up repeatedly and refuse to pick up my calls.

   Please do not buy beds from this place as they sent my mum a cheap mattress instead of the one they were showing in their add. Just sinks in when you lie on it. My mum needed for her bad back but this mattress is bad for back as it does not give any support. They would not do anything about it even though I informed them immediately after receiving. They did not exchange or refund. They cheated an elderly lady out of money. My mum could not use the bed nor anyone else.

   ***absolute disgraceful company*** i ordered on the 8th september for the total of £430 today is the 21/11/16 12 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. The order was supposed to be delivered within 5 days but after 9 days i had heard nothing so called for an update! I was told the beds were out of stock as they was a specially made item (metal day bed) so I cancelled as I needed these urgently, I also made paypal aware they was selling out of stock items as in stock and raised as dispute. on day 12 I get home from work to find a scruffy black unmarked van parked across my drive delivering to my next door neighbour, I interrupted them to say if they were me beds to take them back they was cancelled and no longer needed, with that the man just shrugged and said 'im just the courier, take it up with the company I have a signature and drove off. I rang the sleepkings and was told I should of cancelled in writing and if I want a refund I will have to return the 8 boxes to them, I so at my own expense and when I had evidence this had been delivered I contacted them to ask for my refund to be processed. I was given every excuse under the sun not to refund me from 'it being past the 14 day money back guarantee' to 'the boxes arriving damaged' I have since sent them a recorded letter on the 14/11/16 advising them of my intentions of taking court action against them if my refund was not actioned within the next 7 days. its 7 days today and took me to chase them for most of the day. The letter from FAYE sounds nice enough on nice headed paper her attitude was disgusting. iv been promised a call back all day from a manager YET again to no avail. I have uploaded photographic evidence as I left a review on trustpilot and it was reported as not a real customer. please read all reviews FAYE denied knowing KAMRAN ASLAM even though he is registered as director of sleepkings I also mentioned another manager ADAM, she said he was her collegue. bunch of lying theives steer cleer.
