   Excellent service and product! I ordered a adjustable bed at short notice following knee surgery. The bed is excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the purchase.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service- accused me of sofas not being faulty and have charged me for delivery. Hung up on twice when asking for the operatives name. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

   They are also called furniture Direct online. They had advertised a good quality latex pillows on their website, but the ones I received was grey, cheap and awful and no way near the ones advertised. After all this I had to pay £10 to return the items back to them. They have a terrible customer service. They received my order back on the 2nd of January and they haven't bothered to refund me yet.. İnstead of refunding me they are keep emailing me asking me to remove my review. I still haven't received my refund.. They have another name which is SKS FURNİTURE and sleep kings so please stay away... The good quality latex advertised on the left and the grey ones are the ones I received. What do you think? What would you do if you received these awful pillows.

   I’m absolutely shocked at the customer service I’ve received, only given 1 star for the delivery lads! I got my sofa the 2 seater was fine and got the feet the 3 seater however no feet and the sofa looked like it had been sent back massively hole under it ( I’ve thought ok no one sees it) then no feet I rang to be told send more... the driver didn’t come Saturday said sorry he missed me lies!! Then Sunday ( today ) waited only again to be told had been signed and delivered ( fraud) not my signing nor is it my bloody doorstep! I’ve certainly not changed gender or skin tone!!! I ordered the footstool and I’ve cancelled that via email and awaiting response not waiting for that I’ve lost confidence in this company and be glad to see the back of them thankfully I’ve paid via corral pay and I won’t be paying a penny more till this is dealt with! Reading and doing my research however wish I never started ! You best get this sorted as I’ll go higher!!! This review is just the start!

   Really a bad experience with them. Ordered roma recliner 3+3 sofa. Delivery man didn't give us time to open the sofas and made us sign the delivery note. After he left I opened the sofas and one of the sofa was ripped off. Company refused to replace it by saying that you should have brought it to notice at the time of delivery. Update: Comapny asked me if I am willing to accept a partial refund. When I told them "I have small kids, they will tear this small hole to big in no time" They blocked me from their webpage.

   one star is too many. They are thieves and swindlers. My daughter twisted her spine as she slept on this broken joint. I bought a short single bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, after 8 months of use by the daughter of 18 years, the bed brocken. Faulty design that does not provide sufficient support for the mattress. instead of about 8-10 boards under the top panel there are only max 4-5 crossbars holding the mattress. From April I call and write emails without any reaction from the seller. I do not recommend this company. If you like to lost your money put in the bin or give to charity not to this thieves.

   What an absolute vile company to deal with. Received sofa, left realised there was a seam that had not been stitched along the main part of the seating rung them numerous times. Saying they would ring back blocked on fb sent emails and nothing!! Had to repair sofa through a specialist absolutely disgusted at this company and how they treat customers. Unfortunately u cant put 0 stars
