“We went early in the evening for dinner and had no reservations. Luckily someone who had reserved didn’t turn up and so we got a table. The food was absolutely delectable and lip smacking . I could click only two photos although we had ordered 3 appetisers and a main course. The Bruschetta with Bufala and Parma - Belliisomo…Pappardelle Guanciale Pistacchio E Stracciatella was a first time for me… it was nice but would have loved some more olive oil in it. The Calamari Frito was very good too and the chili garlic mayo added that zing..we also ordered the Insalata Balsamica … fresh rocket and salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and some onion make it a lovely accompaniment for fibre.. while I wanted to try a dessert, we were too full and hence didn’t . Prior reservations are highly recommended”

“Outstanding experience from start to finish. The welcome was genuine, service was swift, and the coffee was superb—rich flavour, perfect temperature, and silky milk. The café is spotless with a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to linger. After our earlier, underwhelming coffee and service at “Over The Rainbow,” this place completely turned our morning around. A true five-star café and an easy recommendation.”

“Amazing Greek breakfast with bougatsa (custard pastry) and the traditional spinach and fetta (Spanakopita). Truly amazing food and coffees. May have to go back for dinner!”

“Came for bunch with my boyfriend and we both had the berry French toast with a side of bacon, because who doesn’t want sweet and savoury? Food was lush, both got a latte too which was also yummy! Our server was Mia who was super attentive and generally lovely. Thanks Mia! Would highly recommend ”

“We absolutely love Cafe Yoga. It's such a warm and welcoming space - Louisa and the team are lovely! The coffee is great and there's always a lovely sweet treat on offer. The outside space feels like being in nature and is a lovely space to spend time too. Would 100% recommend!”

“A lovely little find to finish off our quick visit to Halifax! Limited seating inside but the weather was nice enough to be outside. Service was second to none, so friendly without being intrusive. “It was my First time here after i hear ld a lot about this place, i decided to finally pay them a visit not as a business owner but as a customer We ordered two turkeys breakfast, it was absolutely delicious, it gives you a real Turkish experience, i had it before in Turkey and it looks exactly same. We offer a Kurdish mix breakfast which is a bit different so i liked it and the good thing that the staff informed us that we can refill the tea as much as we want and also they offered us a free bread with it after we finished our bread, The honey butter,flower jam was the best i have ever had. The lady staff was nice and welcoming. I highly recommended and wishing you all the best from Mood Cafe team”

“We recently had our wedding at Left Bank, and 5 stars doesn't feel like enough. Not only is it just THE most beautiful venue (our guests couldn't get over it!) but Sam and the team are just beyond words. They were there to help at every stage, suggesting suppliers and giving general advice on top of helping with more venue-specific things. They did all the set-up, all the take-down, they were so accommodating to every request, and so friendly and welcoming at every point in the planning process. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day because we just knew, and could fully trust the team to take care of everything. Everyone we've spoken to and every member of staff we've dealt with has been a delight and so happy to help, we genuinely don't have a single spot of negative feedback. It also feels so special that Left Bank isn't just a wedding venue, so we can return as much as we like for drinks or events and re-live our day. Thank you to the entire team (and especially Sam) for making our day a reality. You're all the absolute best!”
