“I recently collected some cupcakes for a birthday from your little tea room. They were cookie monster ones, they were fantastic, they were lovely. You so often get them from large chain stores and they're heavy and tasteless. Yours were very light and beautiful. Even the bright blue icing was tasty. They looked brilliant, I collected them not knowing what I was picking up. I had a smile all the way home and long after.... I actually felt bad for eating them, it was a shame to do so. “What I love about iceland is that it's a hassle free way to shop, the stores are so clean and organised. Soon as you walk in you want to buy everything and anything. Iceland have come very far from what I can remember as a child. Well done Iceland . The merion store is really cool. 1 of the female staff members with the short hair was abit grumpy which did it ruin my experience.”

So glad I did, I asked if a Matrix themed cake would be possible and they were so accommodating and fit my order in no problems. “This is the best coffee shop in Leeds. If you are in town and craving a coffee to a very high standard, this is where you should go. I am a resident, coffee nerd, and have tried most of them in the city and surroundings. This is the best and most consistent. Now bear in mind that they have a no laptops policy, so it’s not possible to sit and work in here - I think because having people camping at tables reduces space for people coming and going. It’s very small with limited seating (but more upstairs) - it’s designed to go with a few people or a friend and sit and talk, or for you to get takeaway. Anyway. Best coffee. Thanks for being awesome at what you do and caring about making each cup banging.”
