Usually only one till open which leads to quite a big queue. I think they cut the staff down during lockdown and never increased it. There are much bigger and better options locally.

This happened today, and I’m still honestly shocked by how rude the staff were. I went to this place by mistake because my map showed it at the same spot as B&M. When I asked a staff member (a white lady) for help, she gave me a disgusting look and said harshly, “We don’t sell electric items here.” Then, as I was leaving, the security guard (a black man) stopped me and asked if I’d taken anything. He even touched my bag to check before letting me go. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I was wearing a hoodie, but that shouldn’t give anyone the right to treat someone like a thief. I’d just been to ASDA nearby in the same outfit, and their staff were friendly and helpful. I will never visit this place again, and it’s no wonder why it was empty. What a way to ruin someone’s day.

Handy branch being next to B&Ms. Price deals are definitely no deals to me. Staff uninterested, just serve and go away (But that's generally the same everywhere in retail).

A lazy staff member activated my gift card incorrectly 3 times. After coming back to the store multiple times, they’ve lied, sent me away to contact customer service as they couldn’t be bothered to sort anything in store. I’ve emailed, called and filed a formal complaint, 10 days later nothing has been done and I haven’t received a response. I’m currently £211 out of pocket and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of any sort of customer support. Terrible

A bit too much stuff to promote them in aisles actually made it harder to navigate and find what you were looking for
