There was complimentary bottles of prosecco in each apartment which was such a lovely touch to my friends hen weekend. Such good value for a central and beautiful apartment. “We went on 5th December before seeing Miss Saigon. It was very festive, all tables were taken and the atmosphere was joyous. The staff were excellent, one of our meals didn’t have enough chicken in it. As soon as we raised this with our waiter he apologised and solved the problem. More chicken was presented to our table in good time as we were all still eating. Very reasonably priced and good food for the centre of town and an excellent service”

“Having been to the Leeds store to make a purchase, I asked a member of staff whether they had any spare shoe boxes I might have - for several years I have been sending welfare parcels to British troops in Afghanistan and was in need of more boxes. Over the past few years of visiting the shop to collect these shoe boxes, I have found all the staff to be extremely kind, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Their dealings with customers are always of the highest standard, and I look forward to my visits as it's always a pleasure to chat with them when they are not dealing with customers.”

“Can’t praise highly enough. I’m not from Leeds but broke down on my way home to North Wales. The chap at the garage didn’t have to help as it was close to Christmas and he was very busy, but he did and was able to fix my car within 24 hours which included sourcing a clutch master cylinder which was fantastic. Prices were fair and well explained, quotation for the work before it was started and I was kept well informed of the progress. Thank you to the team at Whitecliffe.”

“Great Central location, decent happy hour offers in the bar, and the nicest Hotel food I've ever tried. Breakfast buffet had hot cooked, continental including smoked salmon and various cheeses, cereals, juices, and multiple different milk options. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.”

“Honestly never expected the room to be this good and spotless. Room is neat, cozy, good colour combo, spacious with all the necessities. It felt like brand new room. Location is also good. I give a solid 10/10. And yes breakfast is well worth the money too.”

“What I love about iceland is that it's a hassle free way to shop, the stores are so clean and organised. Soon as you walk in you want to buy everything and anything. Iceland have come very far from what I can remember as a child. Well done Iceland . The merion store is really cool. 1 of the female staff members with the short hair was abit grumpy which did it ruin my experience.”

“Good premier inn. Staff are great. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Shame parking is now chargeable, even for disabled customers. Bathroom a bit sweaty sock smelling. The TV reception needs looking at as the BBC channels were not available when I arrived. Used auto tuning option and found them, but the were breaking up and pixilated.”

Some great signatures inside: Primark, M&S, Sainsbury's, travel agencies and much more.”

“Had a lovely pizza drinks and dessert here last night before going to the arena. Food was beautiful and we had amazing friendly service from Donna! This place is also great for anyone who is coeliac or on a gluten free diet like my friend. The free from pizzas are tasty. Thanks again I will be back ☺️”

“I've never stayed in a Holiday Inn before - the staff were all so welcoming! We were assisted by James & Isabella who were extremely helpful after a mixup with our booking that wasn't the fault of Holiday Inn. The room was immaculate & a very good size - very much needed after a 4½ hour drive. Would recommend this hotel to everyone”
