Superb location & staff lovely. Room a little compact, wasn't keen on the glass partition for the toilet /shower room. Would have been uncomfortable if sharing the room. Room price extremely good. Would stay again. Situated in the centre in a perfect location.

I luckily only had a one night stay to go see a gig in leeds now for the price in a city center its good but not for what you get for a overall hotel the bathroom door is made of glass and has 2 large gaps in it so when on the toilet you are sat opposite a clear door i bought the window room twin bed as a friend came with me but it was a female and i am a male so the toilet door was a issue we did solve it by having to text each other when we went to the toilet so we would could have privacy other wise we would not have a wooden door with a look would be nice then the bed was clean and felt nice but the window had 2 windows so there was no fresh air ( there was one window a large gap then a 2nd that could not be opened) lots of good food places are near and shops as its city center but i would rather pay more for more room and privacy next time over cheap and a clear toilet door made of glass the good thing was the shower was in the conner of the bathroom but was still able to be seen in some angles the staff dont do much they where ok when we entered but not the most friendly and i did feel a bit rushed by them but they inly talked to us when we first came in

Its easy enough to check in you need your bankcard and ID and can check in a little early for free if the room is ready but it shouldn't be difficult to make the room ready anyway as the room is TINY! Bed is uncomfortable and rock hard, don't really have much space for anything! When you are sleeping all you can hear is water dripping I think its the extractor fan but its super annoying! No windows which is ok but makes the room very dark! Not much privacy with the toilet but shower is decent and all towels and soaps and toilet rolls are provided, in a really good area for food too! Expensive for what it is!

First time staying here. Cheap and cheerful, perfectly clean, comfy, great central location. Highlight was the lovely girl Lia on front desk who was so friendly, made us feel so welcome, great humour. Really impressed with her customer service. 10/10. Will be staying here again

The hotel has a nice location, and Olwen at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The cleanliness of my room was acceptable. However, I had an issue with the key for two days, which required me to go down to the reception to have it fixed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great place to stay for a night, and location couldn’t be better. Service was friendly and efficient. I paid extra for a room with a window but would have been fine without for one night: my view looked out over AC units on an internal roof and was a bit noisy. The room itself was a bit tired, and could have been cleaner. But the bed was comfy with two good pillows, and the bathroom surprisingly spacious as well as functional with a good shower. Overall I was comfortable, slept well and would stay again.

For the price I paid it was very convenient. A couple things I'd update or improve: some kind of desk or table as your only option to eat or work whilst not being in bed is to use the kitchen Basin and the space above the toilet. Some tea and coffee facilities would be great and small basic things like a Disposable or plastic cup for water on the room. The room was clean and tidy if a little small. The team were friendly and helpful through my stay 25 hours a day.

I stayed here with my daughter for a city break . This is a fab hotel. Conveniently located in the middle of the city . Within walking distance of everything you need. Great budget hotel. Clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Beth on arrival and Iqra on checkout . I would highly recommend .

Only stayed for one night as myself and a friend were going to a concert nearby. Fair priced and nice room. Went with the windowless double room which had a double bed, TV and basic bathroom. The room had good climate control. Although the room was small it did not feel claustrophobic. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful during both check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a great location if you’re looking for a very very slap right in the middle of the city centre type of place to stay. It’s literally only a few minutes walk away from everything and so so accessible. Although it’s very standard, the room isn’t like huge and there’s not much space but it’s definitely a place I’d go again if I want a stay in the city centre. Cleaning is £10 if you’d like your room tidied in between your stay. The location of this place was definitely the highlight of my stay.
